Hi, I’m Susana.
Practicing yoga changed my life after college. Now, after 15 years of teaching and owning a yoga business, I feel like I’m just getting started. Having my son in 2020 inspired me to support maternal health with adaptable, yogic self-care for the challenging first years of motherhood. My aim in teaching is to help people experience their wholeness. My teaching style is accessible, insightful, and encouraging.
